Joshua Hayden was a 24th century Human man, a Starfleet commander in the service of Starfleet Security during the 2380s decade.
Biography[]
In the year 2385, Hayden was ordered to kill Presidential Chief of Staff Galif jav Velk by President Pro-Tempore Ishan Anjar to remove any link between Ishan and the death of Federation President Nanietta Bacco. Hayden, unbeknownst to the president, did not actually kill Velk and instead stashed him somewhere safe so his testimony could be heard. (ST - The Fall novel: Peaceable Kingdoms)
