In late 23rd century, Dr. Shorak published an article in Volume 93, Issue 3 of the journal titled "Telepathy Among the Midgwins" based on his work while stationed on the planet Midgwis. In particular regarding the article, the anthropsychologist described trained skills of a memmietieff, which included psychokinesis and telepathically being able to see another's dreams.
