The Jovian run was a route in the Sol system between Jupiter and Saturn.

Starfleet used shuttlecrafts to make the Jovian run once daily. Among the Starfleet members assigned to the Jovian run early in their careers were Geordi La Forge and Edward Jellico. Many pilots on that run had at one time or another performed the dangerous and officially discouraged Titan's Turn manoeuvre. (TNG episode: "Chain of Command, Part II")

In 2376, the freighter Halloran was on the Jovian run route when it unintentionally traveled through an Iconian gateway to the Kar-telos star system in the Gamma Quadrant. (DS9 - Gateways novel: Demons of Air and Darkness)
