Joy was a fictional Human character in the Bashir 62 holosuite program. Joy was a waitress in the Deauville Diner in Las Vegas.
In 2383, Joy served Vic Fontaine and Morn in the diner and overheard part of their conversation. When Morn left the holosuite, the program gave Joy a memory of Morn leaving the diner. (DS9 novels: Ascendance, The Long Mirage)
