Julie Minnark was a 23rd century Human woman who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Minnark was born in the early 2250s as a Federation citizen and gained qualified-level training in agricultural technology. She also became semiskilled in water vehicle operations. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
Minnark became bonded with Kmarn sutai-Lorexen and bore him a child in the 2270s decade, Karsani. In the colony, she served as a farmer. Among Human colonists, she ranked first in luck.
In 2283, when she was 30 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Minnark supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, but if forced to choose an alliance she was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control than to join the Klingon Empire.
