Justin II was a male Unoite, the leader of rebels on planet Numero Uno in the 23rd century. His Green Army found against the Orange Army led by his counterpart, Justin I. They called a truce when deadly rings formed around the planet, forcing them to evacuate to artificial satellites. In 2266, the Justins requested help from the USS Enterprise in destroying the rings, while secretly planning to resume the war afterwards. After the Enterprise crew exposed the truth, they tricked the Justins into declaring peace. (TOS comic: "The Ghost Planet")
