Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

K'Tesh is a Klingon individual who appeared in a holodeck reproduction of an Age of Ascension ceremony on the USS Enterprise, in 2365. The hologram of K'Tesh wielded a painstik against Worf, who was running a gauntlet of simulated warriors in an observation of his ascension ceremony.

In reality, the actual K'Tesh was an engineer who had helped perfect the way that painstiks were incorporated into the ascension ceremony. (TNG episode: "The Icarus Factor"; CCG set: Premiere, card: "K'Tesh")

In the canon episode, this character was played by television personality John TeshMA, who was not credited for the role.
