K'ranch was a 24th century Kromsapiod individual.

Biography[]

As part of his heritage and biological needs, K'ranch periodically participated in traditional Venarix hunts. He carried a variety of bladed weapons, a camera, dagger, and a smart boomerang.

In the year 2381, K'ranch was visiting Dulaine, but prevented from getting to the surface when the planet's orbital lift malfunctioned. He and others awaiting repairs visited the USS Cerritos. While there, he ate with Captain Carol Freeman and underwent a hunt with Ensign Brad Boimler as his prey. (LD episode: "The Least Dangerous Game")

Later that year, K'ranch revisited the Cerritos, but ended up becoming trapped in the holodeck by Badgey. During the lower deckers' effort to earn enough merit points for Badgey to release them, K'ranch helped supervise the Section 31 simulation. Soon after, K'ranch participated in a holodeck murder mystery with Boimler, D'Vana Tendi, Beckett Mariner, T'Lyn, Amina Ramsey, and a hologram of B'Elanna Torres. When Boimler appeared to have been stabbed to death, K'ranch cleared himself as a suspect by pointing out how he honored Boimler and would have no need to hunt or injure him again. (LD video game: The Badgey Directive event: "Dead Giveaway")
