The K-5416 was a K5-class Klingon gunboat starship in Imperial Klingon Defense Force service as a patrol craft in the 23rd century.
In the later 23rd century, this vessel was detailed to the Klingon 688th Patrol Group, under flagship command of Commander Kurtic, by the authority of Muldor IV's governor (and Kurtic's line-brother), Thought Admiral Krador. The 688th's primary mission objective was the security of the area surrounding Muldor IV. (FASA RPG module: Termination: 1456)
