Kaga was a Klingon man who operated a restaurant on Deep Space 9's Promenade, which he opened in 2370. He was a skilled chef and served many authentic Klingon cuisines and dishes. Kaga would also serenade his customers with music and song.
Julian Bashir and Melora Pazlar visited Kaga's restaurant on a date, although Pazlar was less than impressed with the lack of movement from the racht. (DS9 episode: "Melora")
