Kagarri was a 23rd century Klingon/Human hybrid who resided on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
In 2268, a year after the Organian Peace Treaty was enacted, Kagarri's parents settled on the planet following a colonial initiative among 200 Humans and Klingons orchestrated by the Organians. Fifteen years later, on reference stardate 2/2104, the populace voted on whether to become an independent world or align with the Federation or Klingon Empire. In the early 2270s decade, Kagarri was born to mechanical engineer Kecar tai-Fulmori and artist Pamella Quiller. Kagarri was the sixth child born on the Sheridan's World colony. A year later, half-brother Jacov Quiller was born.
In 2283, Kagarri was eleven years old when citizens voted on the colony's future, one of five children that age. Kagarri was one of 49 children and 21 hybrids born by that time. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
