Biography[]

He took qualified-level training in leadership and small equipment systems technology. By the 2280s, he served as a support staff technician and had attained the rank of lieutenant.
In 2283, when he was 26 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kamindar supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World but if forced to choose an alliance was far more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
