Kareem Mussad was a Human Starfleet engineer in the 24th century.

Biography[]

As of 2381, Lieutenant Commander Mussad was head of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers team stationed at Deep Space 3, and reported to Captain Montgomery Scott on that team's progress on Project Reassimilation. In a report to Scott that year, Mussad noted the technological and personal problems team members were having with the project, and voiced agreement with the security restrictions placed on the project by Starfleet Security.
