Karregheni was a star system, located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, in the 23rd century borers of the Klingon Empire.

The Karregheni system's orbit was the location of a number of worlds, including third planet Kolm-an. Kolm-an was the only class M world. It was home to an Orion Colony and pirate base, and was later dominated by Klingons, becoming a major military base during the Four Years War. (FASA RPG - The Orions module: Book of Common Knowledge)
