Katarina Scott was a Human female who served in the Federation Starfleet in the 24th century.
History[]
By the year 2380, she had reached the rank of lieutenant commander and served as the chief engineer of the USS Dallas. When the ship was attacked by Exomorphs during a rescue mission near an Attrexian space station, she was among the officers who stayed on the Dallas with Captain Galloway while the others transported to the station. Her Captain eventually assigned her and the remaing personnel to use an experimental transporter technique that would store their patterns in the pattern buffer until help arrived. This transporter technique was created by her great-grandfather, Montgomery Scott.
Ultimately, the Hazard team from the USS Enterprise rematerialized them and brought them back to the Enterprise. After a medical check up, she briefed Captain Jean-Luc Picard on what happened with the Dallas. After repairs, the Dallas set a course for the nearest starbase. (ST video game: Elite Force II)
