Katulu is a settlement on the Cardassian planet Harkoum. It is home to one of the starports on the world.
In 2377, Grauq wondered if the alternate universe Iliana Ghemor had travelled through Tarluk V'hel to Katulu after her encounter with Jonu. Grauq believed that even if she had, she would not have survived her journey, due to the flayers, gigantic worm-like predators, that lived near the Gula River. (DS9 novel: Warpath)
