Kaur'el Tennahrex, which translates as "High Fortress", was a large space station that orbited the Romulan homeworld.
It serves as the final line of defense against invaders and acts as a massive orbital defense platform. It controls the vast array of smaller defense satellites scattered around the planet and in the system. Non-Romulans are not allowed on Kaur'el Tennahrex.
