Kazar was a native of the planet Zarta in the late 22nd century.

Biography

Kazar was the first of the Zarta natives to discover that the city builder had gone berserk, building cities without stopping. Horrified, Kazar reported this information to his people. (TOS comic: "Invasion of the City Builders")
