Kecar tai-Fulmori was a 23rd century Klingon man of the Human fusion race who served in the Klingon Defense Force.
Biography[]
Kecar was born around the turn of the 2250s decade to the Fulmori House, a citizen of the Klingon Empire, and was a third or fourth cousin to the Linehead. He took intensive studies in ecology and mechanical engineering. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
By the 2280s, he was an ecologist on the colony's support staff with the enlisted rank of crewman. He had a child with Pamella Quiller, Kagarri Fulmori, but a year later she had her second child, Jacov, with Harrison Quiller.
In 2283, when he was 34 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kecar supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World but if forced to choose an alliance was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
