Kedda tai-Nivalli was a 23rd century Klingon woman of the Human fusion race who served in the Klingon Defense Force.
Biography[]
Kedda was born in the mid-2250s decade to the Nivalli House, a citizen of the Klingon Empire, and was a third or fourth cousin to the Linehead. She took qualified-level training in communications operations and technology. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, she was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
She served as a support staff communications officer for the colony. She became bonded to Harrison Luxen and bore him a son in the late-2270s, Xavier Luxen. By the 2280s, she had attained the rank of lieutenant commander.
In 2283, when she was 28 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kedda supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World but if forced to choose an alliance was slightly more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
