Keev Anora was a female Bajoran and a member of the Bajora who lived in an alternative universe Bajor. Kira Nerys experienced several months of Keev's life during her time with the Prophets in the Celestial Temple.
Keev was a member of a gild under Veralla Sil who worked to free Bajora who had been forced to work as slaves in the Aleiran settlement of Joradell. Kira experienced Keev meeting Altek Dans, an Aleiran doctor who joined the gild, and rescuing Resten Ahleen from Joradell. Several months later, Veralla asked Keev to take the recently found Orb of Destiny to the Bajoran spiritual leader Denoray Lunas in Shavalla. (ST - The Fall novel: Revelation and Dust)
