Kegren, son of Pers was a male Klingon in the Klingon Defense Force in the 24th century. In 2375, Lieutenant Kegren served as second officer of the IKS Gorkon during its shakedown cruise. During the mission, Kegren dismissed the potential danger of a Breen derelict, leading to the accidental detonation of a bomb left over from the Dominion War near the ship. He was challenged for this lapse by Ensign Toq, and was killed in honorable combat. (TNG novel: Diplomatic Implausibility)
