Kelby (mirror)

In the mirror universe, Ensign Kelby was a Terran male in the service of the Imperial Starfleet of the Terran Empire during the mid 22nd century.

In 2155, he was an engineering officer serving aboard the ISS Enterprise. Kelby was amongst the Enterprise crewmembers who survived the ship's destruction in escape pods when Enterprise became trapped in a Tholian web. (ENT episode: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part I")

Kelby and the other survivors were subsequently rescued by Commander Jonathan Archer aboard the USS Defiant (NCC-1764), where Kelby participated in the attempts to restore warp power to the advanced ship. Kelby was killed by Slar, a Gorn slavemaster who was overseeing the Tholians' efforts to cannibalize the ship, after Slar lured Kelby into a service junction with a plasma regulator which Slar had stolen.
