Kellerman was a male Human engineer in the 23rd century. As of the year 2264, he held the Starfleet rank of ensign, and was assigned to the Corps of Engineers team aboard the Federation starship USS Lovell. That year, he was part of the team dispatched to Outpost 5 and charged with repairing the post's PXK reactor. To this end, he was able to attach the battery packs from a pair of mark IX artillery cannons to a mark III laser drill-pack. He was killed during this mission by an accidental detonation of reactor coolant. (SCE - Foundations eBook: Book One)
