History

By 2369, Kelso had attained non-commissioned officer status as a chief and served aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D. Kelso was on duty manning the transporter when the Enterprise visited the particle fountain in orbit of Tyrus VII-A. (TNG episode: "The Quality of Life")
