Kennith Elliot, also known as Ken Elliot, was a Human/Orion hybrid from Rigel VIII in the late 23rd century. His mother was an Orion slave girl and his father was a human freighter captain.
Biography[]
At 23 years old, he was a Starfleet cadet, part of a starship bridge simulation cadet group, serving as the navigator. During his time there, he was keeping to himself and did not respond to his captain's attempts to approach him.
After his graduation, he became First Officer of the USS Kongo, a ship assigned in patrolling the Klingon Neutral Zone, and he proved instrumental in reducing tensions between the Federation and the Klingon Empire.
