Kentucky bourbon is an alcoholic beverage from the Human civilization of the planet Earth. It is a variety of bourbon, a straight whiskey that has been distilled from a fermented grain mash, a corn (maize) mixture, and aged in a wooden barrel. The drink originates from the state of Kentucky in the United States of America nation, on the North American continent.

In November of the year 2151, Malcolm Reed and Charles Tucker III shared a bottle of Kentucky bourbon while marooned in space, drifting in Shuttlepod 1, a disabled OTV type K42 shuttle.
