Kereg vestai-Huron was a 23rd century Klingon man of the Human fusion race who served in the Klingon Defense Force.
Biography[]
Kereg was born around the turn of the 2260s decade to the Huron House, and was a first or second cousin to the Linehead. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
He took qualified-level training in animal genetics and planetary survival. By the 2280s, he had become a geneticist and attained the rank of lieutenant commander. He served as a support staff officer for the colony.
In 2283, when he was 23 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kereg supported an alliance with the Klingon Empire but if forced to choose another option was slightly more likely to desire an alliance with the Federation over the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World.
