Kerlo was a male Tomol living on the island of Suba on the planet Arethusa in the late 2260s.
In the year 2269, Kerlo was the mate of Nimur and had a daughter with her, Tahna. When Nimur refused to undergo the Cleansing ritual after the onset of her Change, he tried his best to make her see reason and undergo the ritual, but he himself was turned by her and turned fellow Tomol himself before being cured of his condition.
