Kestrel was a 24th century Klingon man, an officer in the Klingon Empire Imperial Fleet in the 2340s decade.
Biography[]
In the 2340s, Kestrel held the rank of captain and served as the commanding officer of the IKS Qob'ral.
In the year 2343, Captain Kestrel and his first officer Warlog joined Captain Rachel Garrett and the USS Enterprise-C on Kolya to repel a Romulan assault on the Kolyati. Kestrel's bravery was memorialized in The Diary of Rayvis Vo, authored by Rayvis Vo. (ST - Strange New Worlds V short story: "The Shoulders of Giants")
