Kexen vestai-Reshtarc was a 23rd century Klingon man of the Imperial Race who served in the Klingon Defense Force.
Biography[]
Kexen was born around the turn of the 2260s decade to the Reshtarc House, a citizen of the Klingon Empire, and was a first or second cousin to the Linehead. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
He took intensive studies in animal genetics and also gained minimal proficiency in botany. He became bonded to Kuvalex vestai-Reshtarc and they had a child around the turn of the 2280s, Alork Reshtarc. He worked on the colony's science staff, and by the 2280s had attained the rank of lieutenant.
In 2283, when he was 24 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kexen supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World but if forced to choose an alliance was far more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
