Lieutenant Keyexisi was an officer who served in Starfleet in the late 24th century. He belonged to a nonhumanoid species that reproduced by budding.

Biography

In the year 2380, Keyexisi served aboard the Federation Luna-class starship USS Titan. His quarters were adjacent to those of Aili Lavena and were prone to bleed heat into the water-filled space—something he complained about more than once. (TTN novel: Sword of Damocles)

In late 2381, Keyexisi was due to enter his budding cycle—a gossip-worthy enough event that Christine Vale shared with Melora Pazlar in the hopes that it would reassure Melora's concern that her relationship with Xin Ra-Havreii would soon be forgotten about by the ship's crew. In early 2386, Keyexisi was a member of an away team to a wrecked Dinac Expeditionary Initiative pinnace. He was part of team two along with Commander Dalit Sarai, Lieutenant Feren Denken, and Ensign Torvig Bu-Kar-Nguv. While he was on duty, a pair of his budlings attended Titan's day school under the supervision of T'Pel. Natasha Riker-Troi helped them navigate around the playroom using their senses of smell and touch as they were too young to have opened their eyes at that point. (TTN novel: Sight Unseen)
