General Khegh is a Klingon commander of the IKS Vaj. The son of Taahp, Khegh was a decorated war hero of the Dominion war after emerging as a victor of thirty seven engagements against the Dominion. He appeared as a jovial drunken Klingon, however, it was believed that this was only deception in order to mask his nature against outsiders.

Khegh would represent the Klingon Empire during the time after Shinzon's coup that murdered the Romulan Senate and was tasked to ensuring that the Remans were treated fairly in the diplomatic negotiations between the Praetorship and the United Federation of Planets. (Titan novel: Taking Wing)
