Khenarc Claness was an Andorian Starfleet officer in service in the 23rd century, notable for serving on the USS Eagle.
He was the scion of a prominent family in the Andorian mining industry, who turned down a high-ranking position in his family's business to join Starfleet, a decision his family was not happy with. He was a very talented pilot, "able to fly anything from a Tishartin-class freighter to a Constitution-class starship. He's even won several Starfleet piloting competitions, and is skilled with ships weapons.
During the late 2260s, he served as both the First Officer and Chief Helmsman of the USS Eagle (NCC-956.) (Last Unicorn RPG module: The Andorians: Among the Clans)
