Khevet Agricultural Holdings was a Cardassian agrobusiness operating on Ithic II under the management of Mikor Khevet.

Their main compound was located at Kovalet, and they also possessed a northern weather data station.

As was typical for Cardassian agrobusiness, their cultivation methods were unsustainable and caused significant ecological damage. Unbeknownst to the Human population of Ithic II, they were involved in a terraforming project to raise temperatures in the polar regions by a few degrees so that when the land currently under cultivation was depleted, there would be arable territory to expand into.

When Cardassia joined the Dominion in 2372, Khevet Agricultural Holdings displaced Human smallholder colonists and occupied their land, with Jem'Hadar backing. Two years later, when the Fire began, Khevet Agricultural personnel were locked in their facility and executed by the Jem'Hadar.

Two of Khevet Agricultural's personnel, Arani and Leterik, survived the slaughter as they were at the northern weather station when the shooting began. Gheta's parents, who worked for Khevet Agricultural, were among the dead. (DS9 novel: The Never-Ending Sacrifice)
