Khezri was a 23rd century Klingon, an officer in the Klingon Defense Force. By the year 2288, Khezri held the rank of commodore and was the flag officer in command of the Imperial battle cruiser IKS Qapla.
Khezri had several encounters with Captain James T. Kirk of the Federation starship USS Enterprise-A in the late 2280s. (TOS comics: "Partners?", "Partners?, The Startling Conclusion!", "The Return of Harry Mudd", "Deceptions", "A Wolf in Cheap Clothing")
