This page details a counterpart of Khitomer Massacre in the Kelvin timeline; for the Khitomer Massacre in the primary universe see Khitomer Massacre.

The Khitomer Massacre was a Romulan attack on the Klingon colony of Khitomer in the year 2261 of the Kelvin timeline.

History[]

The Romulans, who had been supplied advanced weaponry from Section 31, were able to neutralize all the Klingon warships. Despite total destruction on the surface, the IRW Raptor One's CO, L'Nar, decided to expand the bombardment's radius beyond the inhabited area.

However, the Klingon colonists then sent out a distress signal, which was answered by Captain James T. Kirk of the USS Enterprise. The Klingons also responded by sending Commander Kor and five of their new D7-class battlecruisers. When Kor and his fleet arrived, his men captured Captain Kirk and his landing party, believing the Federation was behind the attack. Kirk's first officer, Commander Spock, was forced to withdraw and leave Kirk in Kor's custody. (TOS - The Khitomer Conflict comics: "Part 1", "Part 2")
