Kigann tai-Fulmori was a 23rd century Klingon man of the Human fusion race who served in the Klingon Defense Force.
Biography[]
Kigann was born in the early 2250s to the Fulmori House, and was a third or fourth cousin to the Linehead. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
He took intensive studies in surgery and Klingon general medicine. By the 2280s, he was a doctor and had attained the rank of lieutenant commander. He served as a surgeon for the colony.
In 2283, when he was 30 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide the colony's future. Kigann supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World but if forced to choose an alliance was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
