Kilikarri was a Bajoran holy man who lived three millennia before the 24th century.
According to legend, Kilikarri founded the city of Riis near a point on the Shakiristi River where he once cast off his nets while fishing and caught one hundred fish and also snagged the third Scroll of Prophecy. Winn Adami once referred to Kilikarri as being the Emissary to the Prophets. The Temple of Kilikarri was dedicated to his memory. (DS9 - Rebels novels: The Courageous, The Liberated)
