Kilima was a 23rd century being from the fifth dimension who worked with the Zakarak.

Biography[]

By 2266, Kilima served as an associate of Zakarak Leader Zappa aboard a contingent of spacecraft.

In 2266, during a visit to planet Alpha Z-21, Zappa schemed to capture two Starfleet officers on the surface. Kilima sneaked behind the landing party with a net while Kalik and Zappa distracted them. Kilima managed to get the net over Captain James T. Kirk. Lieutenant Commander Spock fired back with his phaser and Kirk sliced his way out of the net. Kilima then engaged Kirk hand-to-hand. Zappa raised his zakaram sword and threw it at Kirk, but it accidentally struck Kilima in the back. Conceding defeat, the Zararak fled the area aboard a stolen Alpha Z-21 spacecraft. (TOS comic: "Colouring Book")

Appendices[]

Background[]

It was unclear how much damage the sword strike did. Kilima's appearance was based on Lara, a Nabu native sentenced to death on an exploding asteroid in TOS comic: "The Devil's Isle of Space".
