Kings & Queens is a story-arc episode, a chain of cross-faction missions in Star Trek Online. The player participates in an effort by Admiral Kuumaarke to prevent reality vortices from tearing space-time apart. It was released as part of Season 28: "Refractions".
It follows the previously released "Terran Gambit" story arc, which concluded the machinations of Terran Emperor Wesley Crusher.

- "Wish Upon A Star"
- Admiral Kuumaarke leads the LSS Reskava to a mission at Na'kuhl. The star's life had been prematurely cut short by Tholians in 2410 during the events of STO - Future Proof mission: "Sunrise". The Tholians, led by Lord Kaskene and Bright Eyes, have returned to contain a reality vortex, disrupting the stellar rejuvenation effort.
- "Taken By Surprise"
- Strategus Aarn Tzen-Tarrak leads his cube and other Borg Kingdom ships during an incursion into the primary universe at Starbase 1 in the Sol star system, fighting the Reskava and the USS Inouye. Captain Harry Kim must repel the Borg from his ship and rescue Kuumaarke from the Borg cube of the strategus.
- "Scorpion's Abyss"
- Captain Ezri Dax of the USS Aventine leads a task force, including Captain Kim with the Inouye and Admiral Kuumaarke with the Reskava, into fluidic space to close a temporal vortex the Aetherians are incapable of closing.
- "Situation Under Control"
- Admiral Kuumaarke and Leader Grendat-Bex of the Aetherian starship Unity embark on a mission to an alternate reality through the Iconian gateway of Jouret IV. In the parallel universe, the Allies join forces with the Iconian Alliance and Captain Sela of the USS Enterprise-F to defend the last bastion of the Iconians, the Solanae Dyson Sphere, from the Control Borg and their queen.
