Lieutenant Kira Archer was a 24th century human female who served in Starfleet. Archer served aboard the USS Enterprise-E under Captain Jean-Luc Picard in 2380.
She had a vendetta against the Borg, having lost a brother to them in the past. During their mission to cooperate with the Borg to defend the Alpha Quadrant against a group of aliens called the , she advocated against trusting Seven of Nine, who the Borg had assigned to the Enterprise as a liaison.
After the Borg reasserted control over Seven, and after she'd been subdued and their control broken, Archer suggested she be "terminated". (TNG comic: "Hive")
