The Klingon Third Frontier Naval Division was a military unit of the Imperial Klingon Defense Force. It was also known as the Federation Fighters and the Tolum E'Dras (the "Orion Wall").
History and specifics[]
It was commanded by Admiral Klithis epetai-Horon in the late 23rd century. It was stationed at the Veska base, though their deployment usually varied, with five to seven deployed there at any particular time. Its purpose was to stop all Federation and Orion incursions into Klingon space, and punish the occasional transgressor (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge).
