Klingon Temporal Intelligence (KTI) was a division of the Klingon Defense Force that was active by the 25th century. It was created to be the Klingon Empire's equivalent of Starfleet's temporal division. A portion of the KDF was devoted to monitoring the timestream. (STO - Future Proof mission: "Time and Tide")
