The Klingon trading station was a 24th century Imperial Klingon space station, a trading station in Klingon Defense Force service in the 2370s decade. (ST video game: Armada II)
Technical specifications[]
The Klingon trading station consisted of a central stalk with attachments, including arm-like extensions on the upper level. The station was unarmed and carried a crew of 300 personnel. It had a central through-way opening that allowed Klingon cargo ships and other cargo ships to pass through the station. It was protected by deflector shields. (ST video game: Armada II mission: "Tutorial: Resources")
The overall structure mirrored that of a Ty'Gokor orbital facility, in KDF service by 2373. (DS9 episode: "Apocalypse Rising")
It was also similar to the Qo'noS Station type starbase class. (ST video game: Infinite)
Service history[]
In the year 2377, Klingon trading stations were open for business with allied parties. Successful business ventures generated latinum profits for the station's operator. (ST video game: Armada II)
Lieutenant Commander Carey oversaw a Starfleet training scenario at Starfleet Academy for resource management. The scenario included setting up trade between a Federation trading station and its Klingon counterpart. (ST video game: Armada II mission: "Tutorial: Resources")
