Kly'bn was a QuchHa' Klingon engineer alive in the 2260s.
In 2269, Kly'bn was serving as the chief engineer of the dilithium mine in Beta Thoridar's asteroid belt when the Defense Force was forced to intervene in unrest at the mine. While the Defense Force personnel were at the mine Kly'bn got into an argument with Lieutenant Paibok about repairs that were to be made. The argument was ended when Korax forced them to stop and ordered Kly'bn to follow Paibok's orders. (ST novella: The Unhappy Ones)
