Knarg was a 23rd century Stoyak man, a colonel in service to the Great Uxorda.
In 2266, Knarg led a trio of Stoyak aircars to ambush a meeting arranged for peace talks with warring Garda that would have been overseen by a landing party from the starship USS Enterprise. Knarg captured Spock and Montgomery Scott as well as Netuya of the Garda and marched them all to their headquarters, a captured Garda city. (TOS comic: "A World Against Itself")
