Kobax VI was the sixth planet in the Kobax system and a member of the United Federation of Planets.
In 2263, the president was assassinated with the assassin declaring Kobax VI independent of the Federation. The assassin is later discovered to be a Klingon agent leading an invasion force. This invasion was repelled by two regiments of Starfleet Marines. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
