Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Kopyc K'narf was a male Bolian who lived in the 24th and 25th centuries. K'narf was a member of the New Essentialists for a New Federation.

In 2373, K'narf was on Risa with Pascal Fullerton during the Essentialists protest against the planet. K'narf would later operate a tricorder that triggered earthquakes on the planet. (DS9 episode: "Let He Who Is Without Sin...")

K'narf was still an active member of the Essentialists in the early 2400s. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)

In The Needs of the Many, the name of the character comes from the actor who played him in "Let He Who Is Without Sin", Frank KopycMA.
