Korenman was a male human, a security officer who served aboard the USS Enterprise in the 2260s.
History
Korenman beamed down with Handley, James T. Kirk, Spock and Leonard McCoy to visit the Earth of a parallel universe. Their mission was to search for clues regarding Klingon Commander Kor’s interference in the local government. The landing party searched a building while Korenman and Handley guarded the entrance. When Korenman remarked that their disguised clothing felt like burlap, Handley was shot by a rifle. Five apes burst past them into the building, but were stopped by phaser fire. Korenman rode with Cornelius on horseback, following Kirk, Spock, Montgomery Scott and George Taylor, to stop Kor. During the ensuing fight, Korenman was stabbed in the ribs with a d'k tahg and knocked unconscious. Scott beamed back to the ship with him. (TOS - The Primate Directive comic: "Issue 5")
